Activities and Events
Designed for small groups of 15-25 students, our Be Inspired programme is all about inspiring your post-16 students. Under the guidance of academic experts, they can explore a subject area they are interested in and discover the study options available to them, helping them to make informed decisions when it comes to applying for university.
Running from 9.30am until 2.30pm, these free events offer so much more than just a taster session. Students can get a feel for a subject area, test-driving a selection of degree programmes within a particular area, and use our industry-standard facilities.
Spaces to each event are capped, so we recommend booking early.

Spanning nearly 40 different subject areas and incorporating 70 different degree programmes, there's a wide range of Be Inspired Days to choose from. Our subject areas currently include: business, sciences, sport, engineering, computing, law, health and care, animal sciences, film and media, English, social and political sciences, drama, theatre, performance, design, and architecture.
