We know that choosing to study for a postgraduate qualification is a major decision, no matter where you are on your personal or professional journey. There’s lots to consider and it’s crucial that you get all the information you need to make the right choice for you.

We hold a number of dedicated postgraduate events and activities throughout the year for you to take part in. These give you the perfect opportunity to find out more about postgraduate study and what you need to do to take those exciting and rewarding next steps.

Postgraduate Open Day

Wednesday 11 June 2025 (4pm - 7pm)

Our Open Days are the best way to find out about postgraduate student life at Lincoln. You can chat with academics, tour our facilities, and get expert advice on funding your postgraduate qualification. As well as hearing a series of talks by our expert staff, there’ll be time to talk to our Postgraduate Team about our support services, applying to Lincoln, and any other questions you may have.

Interview Support

Thursday 22 May, 3pm-4pm

If you are required to interview as part of your Master's application, our expert Careers Service are on hand to deliver a Postgraduate Interview Advice Webinar on Thursday 22 May, 3pm-4pm.

Medieval Discoveries

Friday 30 May, 5pm

Join us for an evening of debates and thought-provoking conversations led by our current and previous MA Medieval Studies students, who will share their 'medieval discoveries' and reflect upon the skills they have acquired, which has helped them during their learning journeys.

Postgraduate Application Support Drop-In

We run postgraduate application drop-in sessions every other Wednesday from 1.30pm until 4.30pm on the second floor of the Minerva Building (room MB2101), on our Brayford Pool Campus. The next Postgraduate Drop-In will be on Wednesday, 7 May.

One-to-one Appointments

For a more bespoke service, our dedicated Postgraduate Team offers one-to-one calls or meetings where you can discuss your individual circumstances and aspirations in detail. The team can help you to explore your options, suggest courses, and signpost relevant funding streams They can also arrange one-to-one chats with academic staff for any course-specific enquiries.
